Our program is designed to encourage leadership and empower each student with a better and more effective way of leading. We use enjoyable games and exercises to coach each participant. Because there are principles in improv that everyone most follow, improv is great at changing the way people think about mistakes and about each other. There are no mistakes in improv. Awards and recognitions: Antoine McKay was awarded the Detroit Free Press Award for Best Supporting Actor in 2001. In 2015 Antoine McKay received the Spirit of Detroit Award from the Detroit City Council President Brenda Jones for his career achievements as an actor from Detroit, Michigan. He was nominated for a 2005 Joseph Jefferson Award for Actor in a Revue for "Red Scare", at the Second City Theatre in Chicago, Illinois.
