We provide programs carefully crafted to bring in an interactive couching program that will include employees from all backgrounds and in the lower and upper management levels into an experience which will allow them to enter into the cognitive and subconcious realm of acceptance and understanding.
Because there are principles in improv that everyone most follow, improv is great at changing the way people think about mistakes and about each other. There are no mistakes in improv. So often it is where the comedy comes from. Inclusion and acceptance of each other as individuals creates an unforgettable experience each participant develops during performance. Ensembles are about helping each other, and me being as concerned -empathetic- about your success as you are about mine. Increasing collaboration and a team-building environment in return maximizes employee retention and a more productive environment.
